First-Time Guests
We request you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time on your first visit.

Gifting Membership Services
If you would like to give one of your services as a gift, you may do so once during your membership. Please ask us how.

Membership Payment
Memberships will be charged monthly via credit card or can be paid in full at time of enrollment. No enrollment fee or annual membership fees. Gift cards cannot be accepted towards the payment of SalonSpa Memberships. Additional restrictions may apply. Please see a Guest Service team member for complete details.

Booking Membership Services
To ensure that you maintain proper wellness, we suggest pre-booking your services. Monthly signature services must be redeemed each month. If monthly signature service is not used, service cannot be accumulated or rollover to the following month; services are forfeited. Our service providers can assist you at time of purchase. 

Upgrading Membership Services
Member Signature services may be upgraded to any service on our SalonSpa Upgrade Menu for an additional fee. Member service may be experienced Tuesday through Friday. Service may be upgraded to a weekend day for an additional $10. 

Cancellations
Signature service appointments cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled time will be considered redeemed in full.

10% Savings on Products and Services
Member must mention promotion code or Club10 when applying their once a month 10% savings on products and services.

Questions

These Terms and Conditions govern the membership offered by Soleil Salon & Spa LLC (“Soleil,” “we,” or “our”) to individual clients (“Members”).

By enrolling in Soleil’s membership program, you (“the Member”) agree to the following terms:
 

1. Membership Term

Memberships are based on a 12-month initial contract term.
 
After the initial 12 months, the membership will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis until canceled by the Member.
 
Membership benefits begin on the date of purchase and renew automatically every billing cycle.
 

2. Cancellation Policy

Memberships cannot be canceled within the first 6 months of enrollment.
 
After 6 months, you may cancel at any time by submitting a written cancellation request via email, phone, or in person at Soleil Salon & Spa.
 
Cancellations must be received at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
 
Refunds are not issued for any unused or partially used months, except as required by law.
 
Soleil reserves the right to cancel or suspend a membership due to non-payment, misconduct, or misuse of membership privileges.
 

3. Cooling-Off Period

If you sign up online or outside of Soleil’s premises, you have the right to cancel within 14 days for a full refund, provided no services have been redeemed during that period.

4. Payment

Membership fees are charged automatically on a monthly basis to the payment method provided at sign-up.
 
You agree to keep your payment details current and valid.
 
If a payment fails, Soleil may suspend your membership benefits until the payment issue is resolved.
 
Repeated failed payments may result in cancellation of the membership.
 

5. Rollover Policy

Unused services (e.g., facials, massages, etc.) may roll over for up to 60 days after the billing period in which they were earned.
 
After 60 days, unused services will expire and cannot be redeemed, refunded, or transferred.
 
Membership credits cannot be exchanged for cash or gifted to another person.
 

6. Booking and Appointments

All appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.
 
Members must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
 
Missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a forfeited service for that month.
 
Late arrivals may shorten the length of your treatment.
 

7. Freezing or Holding Membership

Members may request to pause their membership for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months per calendar year.
 
A written request must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date.
 
Membership benefits cannot be used while the account is on hold.
 
After the freeze period ends, automatic billing will resume.
 

8. Changes to Terms or Pricing

Soleil Salon & Spa reserves the right to modify membership terms, pricing, or included services with at least 30 days’ written notice.
 
Members who do not agree to the new terms may cancel their membership before the changes take effect.
 

9. General

Memberships are non-transferable and intended for individual use only.
 
Soleil may terminate a membership at any time if a Member violates these terms or salon policies.
 
All services are subject to availability and professional discretion.
 
These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
 
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
