My whole experience here was amazing. From walking into the door to leaving everything was surreal. I'm not one to go... to salons because I always have a weird experience but definitely not here. I'll be coming back regularly. I'm actually so happy I found a place that I feel comfortable in! Sasha did an amazing job, I showed her one reference photo and she did exactly what I wanted. The whole staff was polite and relaxed. The girl who washed my hair and greeted me was very sweet too. Can't wait to come back thank you again.read more

I’m very impressed with my entire experience at the salon. Initially, I called looking for an Olaplex treatment for the... same day. Louisa was able to get me in immediately, and told me to come right down. During my Olaplex treatment, I decided to get my eyebrows waxed and an additional glossing service on my hair. I was so impressed that they were able to get me in immediately. During my eye brow wax, I decided to get them tinted (I have had my eye brows waxed in years and never had a tint done so this was a first) The lady who did my eyebrows was so sweet and just fantastic. I literally had a spa day at the last minute and it was all wonderful. After Louisa did my Olaplex, She blow dried my hair and was kind enough to give me some advice so I could stylet at home.All the ladies were very knowledgeable, personable and helpful. It takes a lot to impress me when it comes to hair salons and spas, and I left today feeling happy and beautiful. I will absolutely be back. I’m so happy I decided to give this place a try. It’s very important to me to support local businesses, especially ones worth supporting. Such a fantastic group of ladies work here and you won’t be disappointedread more

Great visit as usual. He is always making sure that you are comfortable, relaxed, and have a great experience while... getting your lashes on. You know what is being done each step of the way and he tells you numerous times that your eyelashes are his priority which shows in the finished work! Would highly recommend!read more

Salon is absolutely beautiful when you walk in, then there is a room in the back for massage treatments and nails, etc.... Very relaxing and clean environment. Eileen is amazing, and highly recommend her for a massage !read more

I finally agreed to let my teen daughter permanently color her hair. The stylist indicated that bleach would not be... necessary. The results looked great but within a few days the color began to fade. Less than three weeks later the color is completely gone from the back and the side only has some remnants. We used color preserving shampoo and conditioner purchased at the salon. Very disappointing that after almost three hours in the salon and well over $100 the color lasted such a short time.read more

I’ve been going to Soleil for a few years for hair styling. When I first started going here I saw two different... stylists depending on their availability, they were both very attentive and professional. They listened to my hair preferences as I have thick curly hair that I occasionally blow dry and straighten and I left happy with a great haircut. Unfortunately they have both moved on from the salon and I have had not so great experiences. The first hair cut that I had seeing a new stylist she used thinning sheers on my hair without asking making my hair frizzy and my heart literally sank into my stomach as I would have absolutely said no..when I blow dried my hair home the haircut was uneven so I had to trim my own hair to make sure it was even. The second and last time I went back with a different more experienced stylist. I blow dried and straightened my hair before going and asked for a dry cut and again it was uneven on the ends. She didn’t has if I wanted any specific angling or layering which had been my experience with other stylists and again my hair was left uneven.. even with a dry cut. I really wanted to love soleil and make it my go to salon as the location is very convenient and service in the past had been excellent but unfortunately I will be moving onread more

Ellen exceeds at the art of pedicure! She has mastered her profession in several areas, including but not limited to: ... 1. Providing individualized attention to the client’s needs - from the moment she greets you until she walks you out of the pedicure room. 2. Going beyond the average technician by adjusting to the client’s needs - from polish color to ingrown toenails. 3. Being in tune with the client’s mental/emotional/social state - if you want chat, she’s there for you. If not, she respects that also.You will leave Ellen’s pedicure chair with beautifully polished nails, softer feet, and a feeling that you have been truly cared about for.I’ve had dozens of pedicures in many places, but I always come back to Ellen. I have been to Soleil spa for facials, massage, and a manicure which is what drew me to the salon side. I absolutely... loved everything about my appointment. I have been lucky enough to have a hair stylist in the family but when she moved away I was stuck. When I booked this appointment I wasn’t hopeful in finding someone who understood what I wanted with my hair because I’m not always sure myself, but Luisa did amazing. Great experience. Katherine did my eyebrows and was awesome. The waxing hurt less than any other time I've had it done,... and also nearly no redness afterwards. Usually I'm a lobster after a wax. This time it was so painless, and you couldn't even tell I'd just had a wax. She really knew her stuff. She also was just super cool. Karson did my haircut. I mentioned wanting to try something new, she explained what she thought would look good, and that sounded good to me as well. Well my hair came out fantastic; it looks better than it has in like 8 years. Salon has upgraded majorly in technology as far as booking and completing payment, etc, super easy and quick now. I will keep going because of these two! It's also a very nice atmosphere. All the people there were great, and the decor was really nice, too.read more

I haven’t had my haircut in a while and I suffer from severe anxiety/agoraphobia, but Sasha made me feel at ease and... comfortable and the whole experience was awesome, I had a lot of fun and it was really relaxing getting my hair done! My haircut/color is amazing I’m going to get it maintained and keep it like this from now on, and also seeing Sasha from now on! My haircut/color was such a confidence and self-esteem boost, I’ve been super happy and grinning non-stop since I got it done! I never knew a great haircut could be so powerful and just change your outlook/perspective on things, but I’ve been feeling a lot more positive since I look and feel great! Thanks again Sasha!! I had the honor of Karson’s talent and skills the day of my wedding in placing extensions and then haircut and styling.... i loved her work so much that i returned for my extension removal. she took the time to explain and recommended amazing products and did a treatment to help the health of my hair. Dawn is AMAZING. Ok first let me talk about her skills: on spot. Eyebrow shaping perfect. Takes her time and... unbelievably precise.Knowledge: knows her stuff! I went in for a simple waxing and left with so much more! Skin specialist!Experience: salon is beautiful, clean and friendly.Dawn treats you like an old friend. I scheduled a color, haircut, and full keratin treatment for my curly hair. I’ve had keratin treatment several times... before with my prior stylist in Maryland. When the stylist at Soleil varied from the procedure, I asked her if this was the same one (they do change). When she confirmed, and continued, she did the process about half of what it was supposed to be. I waited the requisite 3 days before washing my hair, putting my faith in her that she is the professional. After the very first wash, no change in the texture of my curly, frizzy hair. None. I reached out to the salon over a week ago with no response. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money at a place that isn’t willing to at least reach back out.read more

I'm impressed by the investments that the owner has made in the salon. Especially now, with the enhanced health and... safety protocols for COVID. From the check in procedures to the cleanliness and air purification system, branded glass barriers and spacing, (and more) I feel very good about coming in for my hair appointments. She managed to make changes while keeping the salon ambiance too. It's actually quite impressive what she has done.As for the service - I wouldn't trust anyone else with my crazy curls. Always a fantastic experience with Emily. She is very skilled, warm and fun to talk to. I'm so glad I was referred here 5 years ago. My 9 year old daughter comes here too and loves it. I had my first appointment with Nicole today. She was wonderful! She listened to what I was looking for. She took the... time to give me a beautiful wash, cut and style. When we ran a couple minutes late at the end she remained calm, collected and professional to both me and her next client. I never felt rushed. What a great job you and your team have done to make me and other clients safe! The details were incredible. I know... how hard it is to make operational changes but you and your team have done the best I have ever seen. Welcomed outside and temperature taken, had me wash my hands, brought right to the station, classy separators between stations, great haircut (excellent as always!), bringing the payment process to the station, having the client place the cape in the laundry at the station and then escorted out a separate exit. My visits to Soleil Salon are always excellent but how you have addressed safety is totally over the top impressive! Looking forward to my next visit. Jimread more
