“Soleil the French word for sun. The sun represents life, energy, warmth, new beginnings, and growth. Finding my home at Soleil has been all of these things and more.
When I began my journey at Soleil, my life was not where I wanted to to be. I had been to countless interviews, contemplated a career change, and almost gave up hope. During my interview, I begged for a chance. A chance to show I have passion, talent and something new to bring into Soleil. Soleil itself was transitioning to a new beginning, and I wanted in.
The moment I got the email welcoming me to the team, I knew I was home. I was greeted with warmth from new and original team members. It’s exactly what I needed to flourish. As time went on and I grew within Soleil, the energy never faded. We were one being, beating in sync, working hard towards one goal: growth.
Today, we still beat as one, focused more than ever on the same goal. Even through the dark times we all endured, we never gave up and knew we could not be stopped.
