With a degree in Small Business Management and Marketing, along with a Business Law certificate from Cornell University, Luisa has driven her business to extraordinary heights.
Luisa’s extensive career includes serving as an educator and Qnity Ambassador while still remaining hands-on behind the chair. Under her leadership, Soleil Salon & Spa has earned numerous accolades, including being named Best Salon in Windham, Best Salon in New Hampshire, the Phorest Guest Experience Award (USA and Europe), and Salon Top 200 in the USA and Canada for six consecutive years.
A dedicated mentor, Luisa empowers her team not only to refine their technical expertise but also to achieve financial freedom. Her commitment to growth ensures that Soleil’s staff stays ahead of industry trends while mastering the tools to control their finances effectively. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian, Luisa embodies a global perspective and a deep passion for her work.
